My coaching and training philosophy is based not on numbers and minute data, but an understanding of the individual. Today’s athletes are bombarded by information and statistics, which most of the time either goes over everyones heads, confuses the athlete and/or can demotivate. I like to listen, feel an empathy with my clients, listen to their needs, build around their schedules and focus on an agreed goal. Whatever training you undertake, there is not a one size fits all, I pledge to make whatever goal is set, an enjoyable rewarding journey, a sense of wellbeing and ultimately achievement.
