A tailored programme can be designed around your needs and budget, the following prices can be used as a guideline:

  • 2 x Introductory sessions (60 mins each) £45

Nutrition

  • Weight loss will be one of the key aims for most clients. This is best accomplished by a combination of exercise and diet. Buddy Active promotes a fantastic weight loss and detox diet, which principally removes sugars, encourages eating good fat and proteins.
  • The initial stage of this diet is strict and not everyone has the time or inclination to think how best they can prepare and purchase the foods necessary.
  • Richard can help you achieve your diet goals, prepare, shop and deliver your meals. Keep a food diary, stay on the straight and narrow.
